Yes, that is my first name and yes, I built a lot of character growing up helping every teacher pronounce it! 🙂

I founded RILA Recruitment out of my desire to create a search firm that is honest, authentic, consistent and reliable.

I have over a decade of recruiting and executive search experience across a variety of environments and industries. I’ve worked as a recruiter in-house for a global company, at a leading international staffing agency and for a boutique consulting firm. I’ve been involved in every angle of the recruitment life cycle, worked with small and large teams, and on a local, national and international level. I’ve managed and mentored teams of recruiters over the years, and have been a top producer at every company I have worked for.

I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of this industry, and RILA Recruitment was created to fill the gaps I’ve seen. At RILA, you will never be anonymous.
